Session Structure
Each session includes a brief intake, guided movement and relational exercises, and a reflection/integration period. Sessions are designed to engage partners—romantic, platonic, or familial—in movement, emotion, and relational patterns simultaneously
Participant Requirements
Participants should be actively engaged in ongoing therapy with a licensed mental health professional. Suitable for couples of any relationship type, with a minimum of 2 couples required for group sessions.

Facilitators
Led by trained Couples Dance Therapy facilitators and/or licensed mental health professionals experienced in body-based therapeutic approaches.
