Private Group Sessions
In a supportive group setting, CDT reimagines how dance can strengthen relationships—romantic, platonic, or familial—by offering a body-based pathway for partners to reconnect, communicate with greater clarity, and co-regulate. Through shared movement, guided emotional exploration, and awareness of relational patterns, partners deepen understanding, cultivate trust, and develop a more grounded, resilient bond—all while learning within a community context. CDT is designed to complement the ongoing work with your licensed mental health professional.
